Return Policy

Thank you shopping with DENARA, we want to make sure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return any unused garments within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Masks (personal protective equipment) are non-returnable, all sales are final.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging and accompany the receipt or proof of purchase.

Here’s How:

  1. Put the item(s) with tags attached in original packaging.

  2. Affix the provided shipping label onto the package.

  3. Drop off the package at nearest UPS drop-off location.

Refund

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you wish to change the size and/or color of a purchased item, you can do so within 14 days of the delivery date. Fill out the Return Form included in your package, choose the “Exchange” option and select a replacement size and/or color from those available. Then the order will be processed and will ship back to the address from your original order. Masks (personal protective equipment) is non-exchangeable, all sales are final.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail when the new package has been dispatched. You can exchange the size and/or color of an item only one time, but you can always return it by following the instructions in our Return Policy above.
